Article R4441-23 of the French Public Health Code

If a member of the Disciplinary Chamber is no longer entered on the roll of the Bar or no longer fulfils the conditions required to be eligible for election, he shall be deemed to have resigned automatically.

This decision is notified to the member by the president of the chamber.

Lorsqu’un membre de la chambre disciplinaire n’est plus inscrit au tableau de l’ordre ou qu’il ne remplit plus les conditions exigées pour être éligible, il est réputé démissionnaire d’office.

Cette décision lui est notifiée par le président de la chambre.
