Article R4441-7 of the French Public Health Code

I.-At least two months before the date set for the election, the president of the body of the ordre concerned or, failing that, the president of the Conseil national, will send, by any means that provides a date certain upon receipt, to each practitioner registered on the roll of the ordre in New Caledonia or French Polynesia, information concerning the elections.

This information invites practitioners to stand as candidates, reminds them of the conditions of eligibility, the formalities to be completed, the number of candidates to be elected, titular members and substitutes, the procedures, the place and the date of the election, the announcement of which is published on the website of each order and of the National Council.

II – The information referred to in I shall serve as a call for candidates.

I.-Au moins deux mois avant la date prévue pour l’élection, le président de l’organe de l’ordre concerné ou, à défaut, le président du Conseil national, adresse, par tout moyen donnant date certaine à sa réception, à chaque praticien inscrit au tableau de l’ordre en Nouvelle-Calédonie ou en Polynésie française, une information concernant les élections.

Cette information invite les praticiens à faire acte de candidature, rappelle les conditions d’éligibilité, les formalités à accomplir, le nombre de candidats à élire, titulaires et suppléants, les modalités, le lieu et la date de l’élection, dont l’annonce est publiée sur le site internet de chaque ordre et du Conseil national.
