The list of voters may be consulted during the two months preceding the election by posting it at the headquarters of the professional body. This list is freely accessible on request.
Within eight days of the date on which the list is posted, voters may come and check the list and notify the president of the governing body of any errors or omissions.
Within eight days of the list being made available for consultation, voters may submit a complaint to the president against any entries or omissions. The President will take a decision within six days. His decisions shall be notified to the interested parties without delay by any means that enables the date of receipt to be determined.
This list may not then be modified other than by entries on or deletions from the roll made no later than three days before the date of the ballot.
Entries on or deletions from the list shall be entered progressively on the list of voters, which shall remain posted without any change in the number of seats to be filled.
Doctors, dental surgeons or midwives entered on the list no later than three days before the date of the ballot may take part in the ballot.
The provisions of II and III of article R. 4125-4 are applicable to New Caledonia and French Polynesia.
