Article R4443-12 of the French Public Health Code

When the complaint involves one of the members of the body of the Order of Pharmacists in New Caledonia or French Polynesia, this body may ask the President of the National Council of the Order of Pharmacists to designate a central council, where applicable, that of Section E, or one to three Ordinary Councillors to organise conciliation. The conciliator will refrain from sitting in the disciplinary chamber during the examination of the case for which he has organised conciliation.

Lorsque la plainte met en cause l’un des membres de l’organe de l’ordre des pharmaciens en Nouvelle-Calédonie ou de la Polynésie française, cet organe peut demander au président du Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens de désigner un conseil central, le cas échéant, celui de la section E, ou à un à trois conseillers ordinaux chargés d’organiser la conciliation. Le conciliateur s’abstient de siéger en chambre de discipline lors de l’examen de l’affaire pour laquelle il a organisé la conciliation.
