Article R4443-7 of the French Public Health Code

I.-Articles R. 4234-41 to R. 4234-49 are applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in their version resulting from decree no. 2022-381 of 16 March 2022, subject to the adaptations provided for in II.

II.-For its application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, after the second paragraph of article R. 4234-43, a paragraph is inserted as follows:

“Additional time limits for distance are added to the time limit provided for in the previous paragraph, in accordance with the provisions of articles 640 to 647 of the Code of Civil Procedure of New Caledonia and in accordance with the provisions of articles 24 and 25 of deliberation no. 2001-200 AFP of 4 December 2001 on the Code of Civil Procedure of French Polynesia. “

II.-Pour son application en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française, après le deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 4234-43, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé :


“ Les délais supplémentaires de distance s’ajoutent au délai prévu à l’alinéa précédent, conformément aux dispositions des articles 640 à 647 du code de procédure civile de la Nouvelle-Calédonie et conformément aux dispositions des articles 24 et 25 de la délibération n° 2001-200 AFP du 4 décembre 2001 portant code de procédure civile de la Polynésie française. ”
