Article R445-4 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The Council of Ministers of French Polynesia shall deliver the opinion provided for in Article L. 445-4 within one month of the date on which the matter is referred to it by the High Commissioner of the Republic in French Polynesia. This time limit is fifteen days in an emergency, at the request of the High Commissioner. This opinion is deemed to have been issued if it has not been given within this period.

Article R445-4

Le conseil des ministres de la Polynésie française rend l’avis prévu par l’article L. 445-4 dans un délai d’un mois à compter de sa saisine par le haut-commissaire de la République en Polynésie française. Ce délai est de quinze jours en cas d’urgence, à la demande du haut-commissaire. Cet avis est réputé émis s’il n’a pas été rendu dans ce délai.
