The employer shall set out in writing the procedures for carrying out the duties of the radiation protection advisor that it has defined. It shall specify the time allocated and the resources made available, in particular those likely to guarantee the confidentiality of data relating to the monitoring of worker exposure as provided for in Articles R. 4451-64 et seq.

L’employeur consigne par écrit les modalités d’exercice des missions du conseiller en radioprotection qu’il a définies. Il précise le temps alloué et les moyens mis à sa disposition, en particulier ceux de nature à garantir la confidentialité des données relatives à la surveillance de l’exposition des travailleurs prévue aux articles R. 4451-64 et suivants.
