Article R4451-78 of the French Labour Code

The Authority referred to in Article R. 4451-77 centralises and verifies the information relating to the significant events reported.

It communicates this information to the labour inspection officer referred to in Article L. 8112-1.

It sends a report on these declarations at least once a year to the Minister for Labour and to the Institut de Radioprotection et de Sûreté Nucléaire.

Article R4451-78

L’Autorité mentionnée à l’article R. 4451-77 centralise et vérifie les informations relatives aux événements significatifs déclarés.

Elle les communique à l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionné à l’article L. 8112-1.

Elle transmet un bilan de ces déclarations au moins une fois par an au ministre chargé du travail ainsi qu’à l’Institut de radioprotection et de sûreté nucléaire.
