For each worker concerned, the employer identifies and sends the occupational physician and the health professionals mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 4624-1 the following information, which he updates as necessary:
1° The nature of the work ;
2° The characteristics of the electromagnetic fields to which the worker is exposed;
3° The levels of exposure and, where appropriate, the results of measurements, calculations or digital simulation of the levels of electromagnetic fields;
4° The frequency of exposure.
