Where the risk assessment carried out on the basis of documentary data does not allow the conclusion to be drawn that there is no risk of the action values or exposure limit values being exceeded, the employer shall measure, calculate or digitally simulate the levels of electromagnetic fields to which workers are likely to be exposed.

When carrying out a risk assessment, the employer shall rely on the competent employee(s) referred to in Article L. 4644-1 or, failing that, on the consultant and bodies referred to in the same article.

The results of the risk assessment, together with the exposure limit values or values triggering action identified pursuant to article R. 4453-6, are recorded in the single risk assessment document provided for in article R. 4121-1.
