Article R4453-33 of the French Labour Code

I. – The Regional Director of Companies, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment, upon receipt of an application for authorisation, will take a decision within two months, following an investigation by the labour inspector mentioned in article L. 8112-1.

II. – If the Regional Director for Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment remains silent for two months on the application for authorisation referred to in I, the application is deemed to have been rejected.

I. — Le directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi saisi d’une demande d’autorisation, prend sa décision dans un délai de deux mois, après enquête de l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionné à l’article L. 8112-1.

II. — Le silence gardé par le directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi pendant deux mois à la demande d’autorisation mentionnée au I vaut rejet de celle-ci.
