The employer shall draw up a safety file and keep it constantly up to date, adding to it on the basis of lessons learned from pyrotechnic events and any observations or information that may be relevant to safety. This file includes
1° The safety studies prescribed in article R. 4462-3 , together with the results of any tests required to draw them up;
2° The safety analyses referred to in article R. 4462-4 ;
3° The documents referred to in articles R. 4462-14 and R. 4462-15 ;
4° The minutes of the social and economic committees on the safety studies referred to in article R. 4462-3 and article R. 4462-32;
5° Instructions drawn up in application of the provisions of articles R. 4462-6 and R. 4462-7 ;
6° Reports of pyrotechnic events and significant incidents that have been observed;
7° The list of persons authorised to carry out pyrotechnic operations;
8° The reports and attendance lists for the training courses referred to in Article R. 4462-28;
9° For multi-employer pyrotechnic sites, the agreement provided for in Article R. 4462-32.
