The equipment of pyrotechnic workstations and the operating procedures shall be designed taking into account the need for sustained attention by workers and in such a way as to prevent sudden variations in work rate, particularly where the task entrusted to workers is repetitive. No form of remuneration shall encourage workers assigned to these posts to produce more than is compatible with the equipment and operating procedures thus defined.
