Article R4462-23 of the French Labour Code

All buildings where pyrotechnic activities are carried out are deemed to be premises or locations exposed to fire risks within the meaning of article R. 4215-12. In the case of an explosive atmosphere, they are also deemed to be exposed to explosion risks within the meaning of the same article.

No overhead power lines with bare conductors may overhang the installations of the pyrotechnic enclosure.

Tous les bâtiments où s’effectuent des activités pyrotechniques sont réputés constituer des locaux ou emplacements exposés à des risques d’incendie au sens de l’article R. 4215-12. Dans le cas d’atmosphère explosive, ils sont également réputés exposés à des risques d’explosion au sens du même article.

Aucune ligne électrique aérienne en conducteurs nus ne doit surplomber les installations de l’enceinte pyrotechnique.
