In the case provided for in 2° of article R. 451-1 :
1° In the event of an auction sale of furniture left on the premises, this shall take place under the conditions provided for by article R. 433-5. The fate of personal papers and documents is governed by article R. 433-6;
2° If it turns out, during the operations to repossess the premises, that they are once again occupied by the evicted person or any person in their charge, the bailiff proceeds in accordance with the provisions of Titles I to IV of this book, without having to obtain a new eviction order;
3° For the application of Article R. 441-1, in the event of the evicted person resettling without title after the premises have been repossessed, constituting an assault, the service of the court decision, which has become final, authorising the repossession of the premises takes the place of an order to vacate the premises;
4° The provisions of articles R. 442-1 to R. 442-4 are applicable.
The other provisions of Titles I to IV do not apply.
