TITLE V: PROVISIONS GOVERNING THE REPOSSESSION OF ABANDONED PREMISES

The enforcement agent draws up a report of the operations to repossess the premises under the conditions provided for in Article R. 432-1 that it serves in accordance with the provisions of article R. 432-2.

In the case provided for in 1° of article R. 451-1, the report on the repossession of the premises may be drawn up before the expiry of the deadline set in the summons to vacate the premises.

In the case provided for in 2° of article R. 451-1 : 1° In the event of an auction sale of furniture left on the premises, this shall take place under the conditions provided for by article R. 433-5.
