Article R4512-11 of the French Labour Code

The technical files containing the information relating to the search for and identification of asbestos-containing materials provided for in articles R. 1334-29-4 to R. 1334-29-6 of the Public Health Code andarticle R. 126-10 of the Building and Housing Code or, where applicable, the asbestos detection report provided for in article R. 4412-97-5 of this Code are attached to the prevention plan.

Les dossiers techniques regroupant les informations relatives à la recherche et à l’identification des matériaux contenant de l’amiante prévus aux articles R. 1334-29-4 à R. 1334-29-6 du code de la santé publique et à l’article R. 126-10 du code de la construction et de l’habitation ou, le cas échéant, le rapport de repérage de l’amiante prévu à l’article R. 4412-97-5 du présent code sont joints au plan de prévention.
