Article R4513-2 of the French Labour Code

The head of the user undertaking shall organise, with the heads of any outside undertakings that he considers it useful to invite, periodic inspections and meetings, at intervals that he shall define, in order to ensure, depending on the risks or when circumstances so require:
1° either general coordination within the user undertaking;
2° or coordination of the prevention measures for a given operation;
3° or coordination of the measures made necessary by the risks associated with interference between two or more operations.

Le chef de l’entreprise utilisatrice organise, avec les chefs des entreprises extérieures qu’il estime utile d’inviter, des inspections et réunions périodiques, selon une périodicité qu’il définit, afin d’assurer, en fonction des risques ou lorsque les circonstances l’exigent :
1° Soit la coordination générale dans l’enceinte de l’entreprise utilisatrice ;
2° Soit la coordination des mesures de prévention pour une opération donnée ;
3° Soit la coordination des mesures rendues nécessaires par les risques liés à l’interférence entre deux ou plusieurs opérations.
