The safety protocol is drawn up as part of an exchange between the employers concerned, prior to the operation being carried out.
Each operation which is not of a repetitive nature as defined in article R. 4515-3 gives rise to a specific safety protocol.

Le protocole de sécurité est établi dans le cadre d’un échange entre les employeurs intéressés, préalablement à la réalisation de l’opération.
Chacune des opérations ne revêtant pas le caractère répétitif défini à l’article R. 4515-3 donne lieu à un protocole de sécurité spécifique.
