Article R4523-10 of the French Labour Code

Within thirty days of the decision to select the external companies being sent, the head of each external company selected must:

1° Organise the appointment of representatives of the employees or, as the case may be, of the management of his company to the extended health, safety and working conditions committee of the user company, in accordance with the procedures laid down in article R. 4523-11;

2° Send the names and addresses of the representatives appointed to the head of the user company.

Dans les trente jours suivant l’envoi de la décision de sélection des entreprises extérieures, chaque chef d’entreprise extérieure sélectionnée :

1° Organise la désignation des représentants des salariés ou, selon les cas, de la direction de son entreprise à la commission santé, sécurité et conditions de travail élargie de l’entreprise utilisatrice, selon les modalités fixées à l’article R. 4523-11 ;

2° Transmet au chef d’établissement de l’entreprise utilisatrice les noms et adresses des représentants désignés.
