The head of the user undertaking establishment shall rank the list of external undertakings meeting the criteria defined in Article R. 4523-6 in order of relevance. The head of the user undertaking communicates this list to the social and economic committee, together with the information justifying the composition chosen with regard to the criteria set out in article R. 4523-6. After a period of at least thirty days and at most sixty days following this communication, the social and economic committee gives its opinion on the list and the representation mentioned in article R. 4523-7.
