The head of the user undertaking establishment shall rank the list of external undertakings meeting the criteria defined in Article R. 4523-6 in order of relevance. He shall mention the companies he intends to select and, for each of them, its representation either by one or more employees, or by a management representative, or by a combination of employees and management.
The total number of employee representatives from external companies is equal to the number of staff representatives from the user company, up to a limit of three representatives per external company. The number of management representatives from external undertakings is at most equal to the number of undertakings selected to appoint employee representation.
