The representatives of the employees of the external undertakings are appointed from among those who have worked regularly on or near the user undertaking’s installation during the previous twelve months or from among those who are due to work there regularly during the next twelve months.
They are appointed by the social and economic committee set up in their establishment.
If there is no social and economic committee, the employee representatives are appointed by the employees who, on the day of the secret ballot, have been working regularly in the user undertaking’s establishment for at least twelve months or who will be working there regularly over the next twelve months. The minutes of the appointment of the employees, accompanied by the list of voters dated and signed by the persons who took part in the appointment and by their employer or his representative, are kept at the disposal of the Labour Inspectorate.
