Article R4523-13 of the French Labour Code

The head of the user undertaking posts the list of the names of the representatives of the external undertakings on the extended health, safety and working conditions committee in the same place as that reserved for the information mentioned in article R. 4514-5. He sends this list, which must be updated at least every two years in accordance with the procedures laid down in articles R. 4523-7 to R. 4523-12, to all external companies.

Le chef d’établissement de l’entreprise utilisatrice affiche la liste nominative des représentants des entreprises extérieures à la commission santé, sécurité et conditions de travail élargie au même emplacement que celui réservé aux informations mentionnées à l’article R. 4514-5. Il adresse cette liste, qui doit être actualisée au moins tous les deux ans selon les modalités fixées aux articles R. 4523-7 à R. 4523-12, à toutes les entreprises extérieures.
