Establishments comprising a basic nuclear installation which are not subject to the provisions relating to the extended health, safety and working conditions committee, pursuant to Article L. 4523-12, have the following characteristics:
1° One body is exclusively dedicated to inter-company dialogue with the aim of improving worker safety and contributing to the prevention of occupational risks linked to interference between the activities, installations and equipment of the different companies present in the same workplace. It meets at least once a year;
2° The selection of external companies called upon to appoint representatives to sit on this body is the subject of consultation with the staff or trade union representation of the user company;
3° The overriding criterion for the selection of external companies is the nature of the specific risks associated with the external operation, which are likely to affect the safety of workers present in or near the nuclear installation;
4° The representatives of the employees of external contractors are appointed from among those who regularly work in or near the basic nuclear installation. They carry out their duties during their working hours;
5° The chairman and secretary of the social and economic committee of the user company establishments located near the basic nuclear installation are invited to the meetings of the body provided for in this article;
6° The minutes of the meetings of this body are made available to all external companies.
