Article R4523-8 of the French Labour Code

The head of the user undertaking communicates this list to the social and economic committee, together with the information justifying the composition chosen with regard to the criteria set out in article R. 4523-6. After a period of at least thirty days and at most sixty days following this communication, the social and economic committee gives its opinion on the list and the representation mentioned in article R. 4523-7.

Le chef d’établissement de l’entreprise utilisatrice communique cette liste au comité social et économique, accompagnée des éléments qui justifient la composition retenue au regard des critères fixés à l’article R. 4523-6. Après un délai de trente jours au moins et soixante jours au plus suivant cette communication, le comité social et économique rend son avis sur la liste et la représentation mentionnées à l’article R. 4523-7.
