Article R4532-97 of the French Labour Code

The post-construction works file is handed over to the project owner by the coordinator on duty when the work is handed over. A record of this handover is attached to the file.
The file is attached to the notarial deeds drawn up each time the work is transferred.
In the case of joint ownership, a copy of the file is also given to the building’s managing agent.

Le dossier d’intervention ultérieure sur l’ouvrage est remis au maître d’ouvrage par le coordonnateur en fonctions lors de la réception de l’ouvrage. Cette transmission fait l’objet d’un procès-verbal joint au dossier.
Le dossier est joint aux actes notariés établis à chaque mutation de l’ouvrage.
Dans le cas d’une copropriété, un exemplaire du dossier est également remis au syndic de l’immeuble.
