Article R4532-98 of the French Labour Code

During any new operation for which a health and safety coordinator is required, a copy of the file for subsequent work on the structure is given to the health and safety coordinator appointed by the project owner.
The coordinator makes any changes and additions to the file arising from the new work.
The transmission rules set out in this section apply to the updated file.

Lors de toute nouvelle opération pour laquelle un coordonnateur en matière de sécurité et de santé est requis, un exemplaire du dossier d’intervention ultérieure sur l’ouvrage est remis au coordonnateur en matière de sécurité et de santé désigné par le maître de l’ouvrage.
Le coordonnateur apporte au dossier les modifications et compléments éventuels découlant des nouveaux travaux.
Les règles de transmission prévues à la présente section s’appliquent au dossier mis à jour.
