The employer shall provide workers with at least three litres of fresh drinking water per day per worker.
National collective agreements specify the work situations, particularly climatic, in which hot non-alcoholic beverages are made available to workers free of charge.

L’employeur met à la disposition des travailleurs de l’eau potable et fraîche pour la boisson, à raison de trois litres au moins par jour et par travailleur.
