Where the layout of the premises does not allow the construction site vehicles, refectory and toilet facilities provided for in articles R. 4534-140, R. 4534-142 and R. 4534-144 to be installed, the employer shall find premises or a site close to the construction site offering at least equivalent conditions.
Lorsque la disposition des lieux ne permet pas de mettre en place les véhicules de chantier, le local réfectoire et les cabinets d’aisance, prévus aux articles R. 4534-140, R. 4534-142 et R. 4534-144, l’employeur recherche à proximité du chantier un local ou un emplacement offrant des conditions au moins équivalentes.
