Lorsque des travailleurs réalisent fréquemment, pendant plus d’une journée, sur des chéneaux, chemins de marche ou tous autres lieux de passage, des déplacements comportant des risques de chute sur une toiture en matériaux d’une résistance insuffisante, cette toiture, à défaut de garde-corps ou d’un dispositif permanent de protection, est recouverte de planches ou de tous autres dispositifs capables d’arrêter une personne ayant perdu l’équilibre.
