Article R4623-16 of the French Labour Code

When the agenda includes questions relating to the organisation and operation of the prevention and occupational health services or questions concerning the duties of doctors as defined in article L. 4622-3, the occupational physician or, where there is more than one doctor, the doctor’s delegate(s) attend, in an advisory capacity, meetings of:

1° Of the social and economic committee when they are part of an autonomous occupational health and prevention service;

2° Of the inter-company committee or of the control commission as well as of the board of directors when they are part of an inter-company occupational health and prevention service.

Article R4623-16

Lorsque l’ordre du jour comporte des questions relatives à l’organisation et au fonctionnement des services de prévention et de santé au travail ou des questions qui concernent les missions des médecins telles que définies à l’article L. 4622-3, le médecin du travail ou, en cas de pluralité de médecins, le ou les délégués des médecins assistent, avec voix consultative, aux réunions :

1° Du comité social et économique lorsqu’ils relèvent d’un service autonome de prévention et de santé au travail ;

2° Du comité interentreprises ou de la commission de contrôle ainsi que du conseil d’administration lorsqu’ils relèvent d’un service de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises.
