Article R4623-23 of the French Labour Code

In the event of a partial transfer of the undertaking or establishment to which the occupational health physician belongs, only the provisions of articles R. 4623-21 and R. 4623-22 apply. The request for transfer authorisation provided for in article L. 4623-5-3 is sent to the labour inspector by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt fifteen days before the date set for the transfer.

Lors du transfert partiel de l’entreprise ou de l’établissement auquel appartient le médecin du travail, seules les dispositions des articles R. 4623-21 et R. 4623-22 s’appliquent. La demande d’autorisation de transfert prévue à l’article L. 4623-5-3 est adressée à l’inspecteur du travail par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception quinze jours avant la date arrêtée pour le transfert.
