Article R4623-25-3 of the French Labour Code

I.-A candidate for ministerial authorisation to practise as a doctor, in the speciality of occupational medicine, as provided for in I of article L. 4111-2 of the Public Health Code, who has passed the knowledge verification tests, may be recruited by an occupational health and prevention service, approved as an extra-hospital organisation hosting trainees enrolled in the specialised diploma in occupational medicine, to carry out the duties required by the provisions of the same article.

These duties are performed on a full-time or part-time basis in accordance with the provisions of the fourth paragraph of I of article L. 4111-2 of the Public Health Code or article 83 of amended law no. 2006-1640 of 21 December 2006 on the funding of social security for 2007.

II-A candidate for authorisation to practice the profession of doctor, in the speciality of occupational medicine, as provided for in II of article L. 4111-2 and in article L. 4131-1-1 of the Public Health Code, who completes an adaptation training period in application of article R. 4111-18 of the same code, may be recruited by an occupational health and prevention service to complete this training period.

I.-Le candidat à l’autorisation ministérielle d’exercice de la profession de médecin, dans la spécialité médecine du travail, prévue au I de l’article L. 4111-2 du code de la santé publique, lauréat des épreuves de vérification des connaissances, peut être recruté par un service de prévention et de santé au travail, agréé comme organisme extrahospitalier accueillant en stage les internes inscrits au diplôme d’études spécialisées de médecine du travail, pour l’accomplissement des fonctions requises par les dispositions du même article.

Ces fonctions sont exercées à temps plein ou à temps partiel selon les dispositions prévues au quatrième alinéa du I de l’article L. 4111-2 du code de la santé publique ou à l’article 83 de la loi n° 2006-1640 du 21 décembre 2006 de financement de la sécurité sociale pour 2007 modifiée.

II.-Le candidat à l’autorisation d’exercice de la profession de médecin, dans la spécialité médecine du travail, prévue au II de l’article L. 4111-2 et à l’article L. 4131-1-1 du code de la santé publique, qui effectue un stage d’adaptation en application de l’article R. 4111-18 du même code, peut être recruté par un service de prévention et de santé au travail pour l’accomplissement de ce stage.
