Article R4623-25-4 of the French Labour Code

The candidate for authorisation to practice is bound by an employment contract concluded with the employer or the president of the inter-company occupational health and prevention service.

The duration of the employment contract is, depending on the case, either in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of I of article R. 4623-25-3, or equal to the duration of the training period prescribed in application of article R. 4111-17 of the Public Health Code, up to a maximum of three years.

Non-renewal of the contract at the end of a period of employment is notified with two months’ notice. Resignations are submitted with the same notice period.

Le candidat à l’autorisation d’exercice est lié par un contrat de travail conclu avec l’employeur ou le président du service de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises.

La durée du contrat de travail est, selon le cas, soit conforme aux dispositions du second alinéa du I de l’article R. 4623-25-3, soit égale à la durée du stage prescrit en application de l’article R. 4111-17 du code de la santé publique, dans la limite de trois ans.

Le non-renouvellement du contrat à l’issue d’une période d’engagement est notifié avec un préavis de deux mois. Les démissions sont présentées avec le même préavis.
