Article R4623-7 of the French Labour Code

The bodies referred to in Article R. 4623-5 are informed of the following data:

1° The number of employees monitored by the appointed doctor ;

2° In company or establishment occupational health and prevention services, the sector to which the occupational physician is assigned;

3° In group, inter-establishment or common occupational health and prevention services for undertakings constituting an economic and social unit, the list of undertakings or establishments supervised by the occupational physician;

4° In inter-company occupational health and prevention services, the list of companies supervised by the occupational physician.

Les instances mentionnées à l’article R. 4623-5 ont communication des données suivantes :

1° L’effectif des salariés suivis par le médecin nommé ;

2° Dans les services de prévention et de santé au travail d’entreprise ou d’établissement, le secteur auquel le médecin du travail est affecté ;

3° Dans les services de prévention et de santé au travail de groupe, inter-établissements ou commun aux entreprises constituant une unité économique et sociale, la liste des entreprises ou établissements surveillés par le médecin du travail ;

4° Dans les services de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises, la liste des entreprises surveillées par le médecin du travail.
