Article R4624-15 of the French Labour Code

If the worker has had an information and prevention visit within the last five years or, in the case of the worker referred to in Article R. 4624-17, within the last three years prior to his recruitment, a new information and prevention visit is not required if all of the following conditions are met:

1° The worker is to occupy an identical job with equivalent exposure risks;

2° The health professional referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 4624-1 is in possession of the most recent follow-up certificate or the most recent fitness report;

3° No measure formulated under article L. 4624-3 or no opinion of unfitness issued in application of L. 4624-4 has been issued in the last five years or, for the worker mentioned in article R. 4624-17, in the last three years.

Article R4624-15

Lorsque le travailleur a bénéficié d’une visite d’information et de prévention dans les cinq ans ou, pour le travailleur mentionné à l’article R. 4624-17, dans les trois ans précédant son embauche, l’organisation d’une nouvelle visite d’information et de prévention n’est pas requise dès lors que l’ensemble des conditions suivantes sont réunies :

1° Le travailleur est appelé à occuper un emploi identique présentant des risques d’exposition équivalents ;

2° Le professionnel de santé mentionné au premier alinéa de l’article L. 4624-1 est en possession de la dernière attestation de suivi ou du dernier avis d’aptitude ;

3° Aucune mesure formulée au titre de l’article L. 4624-3 ou aucun avis d’inaptitude rendu en application L. 4624-4 n’a été émis au cours des cinq dernières années ou, pour le travailleur mentionné à l’article R. 4624-17, au cours des trois dernières années.
