Article R4624-5 of the French Labour Code

The occupational health physician or, in inter-company occupational health and prevention services, the multidisciplinary team has access to all non-nominative documents made compulsory by this part.

This right of access is exercised under conditions which guarantee the confidential nature of the data and the protection of the information referred to in article R. 4624-9.

Le médecin du travail ou, dans les services de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises, l’équipe pluridisciplinaire a accès à tous les documents non nominatifs rendus obligatoires par la présente partie.

Ce droit d’accès s’exerce dans des conditions garantissant le caractère confidentiel des données ainsi que la protection des informations mentionnées à l’article R. 4624-9.
