The occupational physician and, in inter-company occupational health and prevention services, the other members of the multi-disciplinary team, are prohibited from revealing manufacturing secrets and operating processes of which they may become aware in the course of their duties.

Failure to comply with these prohibitions is punishable in accordance with article 226-13 of the French Criminal Code.

Il est interdit au médecin du travail et, dans les services de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises, aux autres membres de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire, de révéler les secrets de fabrication et les procédés d’exploitation dont il pourrait prendre connaissance dans l’exercice de ses fonctions.

La méconnaissance de ces interdictions est punie conformément à l’article 226-13 du code pénal.
