Article R4643-11 of the French Labour Code

The General Secretary, a representative of the Caisse Nationale d’Assurance Maladie and the representative of the Minister for Employment attend meetings of the National Committee in an advisory capacity. The latter may act as arbitrator if necessary.
The National Committee may call upon any qualified person.

Le secrétaire général, un représentant de la Caisse nationale d’assurance maladie et le représentant du ministre chargé du travail assistent aux séances du comité national avec voix consultative. Ce dernier peut jouer le rôle d’arbitre en cas de nécessité.
