Article R4643-15 of the French Labour Code

The Financial Committee gives its opinion on the organisation’s draft initial budget, as well as on changes to this budget envisaged during the course of management, and on the financing of investments.
At its meetings, it gives its opinion on the state of implementation of the current budget, which is presented to it by the General Secretary of the organisation.

Le comité financier donne son avis sur le projet de budget primitif de l’organisme, ainsi que sur les modifications de ce budget envisagées en cours de gestion, et sur le financement des investissements.
Au cours de ses réunions, il se prononce sur l’état de l’exécution du budget en cours qui lui est présenté par le secrétaire général de l’organisme.
