Article R4724-12 of the French Labour Code

Independently of the communication of the report provided for in article R. 4412-30, the body carrying out the technical inspection communicates the results to a national body designated by order of the ministers responsible for labour and agriculture. This body will use the results for research and evaluation purposes, while respecting the anonymity of the companies concerned.

Indépendamment de la communication du rapport prévue à l’article R. 4412-30, l’organisme maître d’œuvre du contrôle technique communique les résultats à un organisme national désigné par arrêté des ministres chargés du travail et de l’agriculture. Ce dernier les exploite, dans le respect de l’anonymat des entreprises concernées, à des fins d’études et d’évaluation.
