The employer shall post, in premises normally accessible to workers, the address and telephone number of: 1° The occupational physician or occupational health service responsible for the establishment; 2° The emergency services; 3° The competent labour inspectorate and the name of the inspector responsible.
Certificates, instructions, results and reports relating to checks and inspections for which the employer is responsible in terms of health and safety at work must be dated.
