Failure to comply with the provisions of articles L. 4711-1 to L. 4711-5 and articles D. 4711-1 to D. 4711-3 relating to compulsory documents and displays is punishable by the fine laid down for fourth-class offences.
The fine is applied as many times as there are persons employed under conditions liable to be penalised under this article.
Le fait de méconnaître les dispositions des articles L. 4711-1 à L. 4711-5 ainsi que celles des articles D. 4711-1 à D. 4711-3 relatives aux documents et affichages obligatoires est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la quatrième classe.
L’amende est appliquée autant de fois qu’il y a de personnes employées dans des conditions susceptibles d’être sanctionnées au titre du présent article.
