Without prejudice to the right to take samples provided for in Article L. 8113-3, the labour inspection officer referred to in Article L. 8112-1 may ask the employer to have analyses carried out, by an accredited body or, in the absence of an accredited body, by a body designated by order of the Ministers of Labour and Agriculture, of all materials, including substances, mixtures, materials, equipment, materials or articles likely to contain or emit physical, chemical or biological agents dangerous to workers, with a view to ascertaining their composition and effects on the human body.
In its request, it sets the deadline by which the results of the analyses must be sent to it by the employer.
