Article R4733-8 of the French Labour Code

The employer or the head of the establishment shall inform the Labour Inspectorate monitoring officer referred to in Article L. 8112-1 of the measures taken to put an end to the situation of serious and imminent danger, by any means giving a date certain to the receipt of this information.

L’employeur ou le chef d’établissement informe l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionné à l’article L. 8112-1 des mesures qu’il a prises pour faire cesser la situation de danger grave et imminent, par tout moyen donnant date certaine à la réception de cette information.
