Failure to comply with the provisions relating to the age of admission set out in articles L. 4153-1 to L. 4153-5 and the decrees implementing them is punishable by a fifth-class fine.
Repeated offences are punishable in accordance with articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the French Penal Code.
