The employer or the person responsible for the operation referred to in Article L. 4311-3 shall provide proof that he has referred the matter to the accredited body within the time limit set and shall forward the results of the checks on the conformity of the work equipment to the Labour Inspectorate as soon as they are received.

L’employeur ou le responsable de l’opération mentionnée à l’article L. 4311-3 justifie qu’il a saisi l’organisme accrédité dans le délai qui lui a été imparti et transmet à l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail, dès leur réception, les résultats des vérifications de la conformité des équipements de travail.
