Article R4722-21-1 of the French Labour Code

The employer shall provide proof that he has referred the matter to the accredited body or, failing that, to the national metrology and testing laboratory within the time limit set and shall forward the results to the labour inspection officer referred to in Article L. 8112-1 as soon as he receives them.

L’employeur justifie qu’il a saisi l’organisme accrédité ou, à défaut, le laboratoire national de métrologie et d’essais ou, à défaut, le laboratoire national de métrologie et d’essais pendant le délai qui lui a été fixé et transmet à l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionné à l’article L. 8112-1 les résultats dès leur réception.
