Article R4733-15 of the French Labour Code

A copy of decisions to withdraw an assignment, decisions to refuse or authorise the resumption of regulated work, and decisions to suspend or refuse the resumption of performance of the employment contract or training agreement is sent without delay to the young person, his legal representative and, where applicable, to the head of the establishment referred to in article R. 4733-1.

Une copie des décisions de retrait d’affectation, des décisions de refus ou d’autorisation de reprise des travaux réglementés, et des décisions de suspension ou de refus de reprise d’exécution du contrat de travail ou de la convention de stage est transmise sans délai au jeune, à son représentant légal et, le cas échéant au chef d’établissement mentionné à l’article R. 4733-1.
